Use either the E MAP or E FORM (below the map) to enter any location where you would like to have improved coverage for your cell phone or other wireless service. Only the information indicated in bold on the form below is required, however, the additional information is of assistance with tracking each entry.
Map Instructions:
- Click on the map in the general area of the coverage problem to create and place a push-pin.
- Drag the push-pin while zooming in to properly place the push-pin at the location of the coverage problem (use the vertical slide-bar next to the map for zooming).
- Continue to drag the pushpin and zoom in on the map until you have placed the push-pin at the desired location (Note: that the bottom tip of the push-pin identifies the location).
- Submit your entry!
