Extremely poor coverage compared to Verizon, MidWest wireless, and Sprint. AT&T needs to support iphone customers with better reliability. Calls in the dead zone do not even go into a VM system to be retrieved later. This is a major flaw. |

Recently purchased 3Gs iPhone when 4yr old BB died. Use cell phone as primary business connection. Am dropping connections nearly 100% of time on calls longer than 20 minutes, which is stand length for my business. Starting to see impact on my business flow due to frustrated clients after only 3 weeks. Have to return phone and beg AT&T for solution. AT&T is irresponsibe to offer product that they cannot support. |

We had a very bad wind storm 2 weeks ago and since then no carrier in the area has been working. We used to be able to make phone calls now only text messages and thats spotty. It seems to be any carrier in the area. |

visiting my terminally ill mom from out of state and for the last 2 days either my incoming calls go straight to my voice-mail or it says I have no coverage. Aggravating when I am trying to stay in touch with family and with moms medical providers. |
