I have relatives with other cell phone companies like Verizon, and they dont get service at my house. I have even had comments like "the one thing I dont like about going to your house is I cant get my cell phone to work there!" |

I cannot make phone calls from inside my home, which is not good, since I have no home phone. This makes simple, everyday tasks nearly impossible to complete. I also cannot get service in my office (in Rockefeller Center in Manhattan). So the two places at which I divide all of my time are pretty much dead to me. |

considering switching carrieres if this cant be fixed. Esp. annoying when you get dropped on a call when youve waited on hold for 10 minutes and are mid service when you have to call back in, wait on a queue and start all over with a new customer rep who says it looks like you hung up last time you called in. |
