Especially annoying is that it happens frequently whn I been on hold for an extended period of time (IRS, tech support lines, etc) and I lose my place in the queue, burned-up minutes and wasted my time. Also embarrassing when on the line with clients! My calls frequently drop on this road, between SE 8th and SE 16th. 9/9/2009 Bellevue WA L.D. Every time I drive on the Lake Hills Connector Road in Bellevue (between 116th and 145th) my calls drop. This is incredibly frustrating since it is a 4 lane road inside the city limits! There are no businesses on this stretch of road so it could cause a major safety issue if someones car broke down, as it is a long windy tree-lined street. 9/9/2009 New Boston MI Paul
