Verizon gets poor service in many parts of NE Tacoma area. In my house its hard to get service and when I do its like 1 bar or in Extended Network. This needs to be fixed. |

I do not have a wireline telephone in my home. My cell phone works on street outside of house, however will not work in my home. I have to search for areas to keep a good signal. |

The University Hospital in Cincinnati has poor coverage from ATT. Most of the employees use Verizon (but wish to change carriers) because it is the only company with reliable coverage within the building such as surgical rooms and the emergency room. My wife and I have different cell service providers because of this problem. If ATT would get better coverage in this area, they would probably increase their customer base by a few hundred. |
