DMS Several hundred or potentially over 100 customers are impacted by poor coverage in this area. My location is a high spot and I will get coverage on one end of my property and not the other. Currently I am a broadcast site for high speed wireless internet providing service to the area. Have contacted cell phone providers to offer this site for a tower with no response.

Coverage is very spotty and drops all of the time on APG. This includes broadband. It is very annoying for the price especially on the highly populated east coast

JWF Frequent dropped calls all along Frederick Road between I-695 (outer edge of Baltimore proper) out into rural Howard County MD - surprising as its a significant business corridor and throughfare serving many commuter neighborhoods with an upscale deomgraphic, and from a marketing standpoint a poor place to under-cover. Appears that Cingular/AT&T left no link margin in their RF propigation studies - problem is noticeably worse spring-summer-fall than in the dead of winter; apparently foliage is enough to attenuate their GSM signal below reliable SNR. Problem same with 4 different Cingular/AT&T handsets. Not a problem with the Verizon CDMA phone my job gave me.

J Service is poor. Calls drop constantly. I can barely hear people I speak to on the phone. Unfortunately, I am locked into a contract that is expensive to break. AT&T insists that the coverage is good, and suggests I buy a new phone from them, and update my contract.

James Coverage used to be OK here, but recently some change has caused coverage to be unacceptable. I am within Sprint coverage area, but some recent change has reduced tower signal strength. Now my phone switches into roam mode at this location, dropps calls, and/or does not function.
