I have heard Cellular one or Verizon work in northern Minnesota. Any comments? 10/15/2007 Hoyt Lakes MN Jim Sprint is useless almost anywhere in northern Minnesota. We tried to end our contract with Sprint and after 55 minutes on the phone we were told that we agreed to a 2 year contract in 2006 when we were living in AZ. This was news to us as we do not remember ever receiving this 2 year "contract". Anyway the 2 years is up in January but we are stuck with a cell that is practically useless. 10/15/2007 pattison MS     10/14/2007 Minooka IL   Verizon Coverage in the SW Chicago Area is spotty at best.. Avoid Verizon.. Dropped calls.. Press the send button, but, never connects.. No signal.. Coverage non existant in Minooka Illinois North of I80. Verizon says they dont need to provide coverage..
