Until April 15th of 2007, coverage was excellent as digital voice service was provided by US Cellular via CDMA towers. On April 15th 2007, Verizon became a local carrier. Due to contract restrictions, they are providing service with PCS. The coverage in many areas around Bend, including my neighborhood, is poor to non-existant. It is no longer a workable solution for my cellular needs. |

This is a majour dead zone between Pierson, and Ocala. This is majour highway which is used by many Volusia County citizens to get to Ocala. But for a large stretch of this majour highway, Cingular/AT&T has no service. |

My wife and I each have Metro PCS phones. Each of us have our own phone numbers. We each have dropped calls in and around our apartment. I have call Metro PCS to report this and was told there are no Cell Towers nearby and no near future plans to build any, in other words sol.

This coverage is getting much worse for sprint in several areas where the same phone worked fine in the past. It seems to be getting progressively worse and others have also had the same issue. |

This area in general has poor coverage on all plans. Weve tried US Cellular, Alltel and VErizon in addition to Sprint. none seem to get good coverage anywhere in the SW corner of WI. |
