I have a Motorola V360 the phone seems to be excellent but the reception is so poor that I at times cannot make calls from my Area or the house. Calls entering often times drop and at times I have to physically be outside to even get any reception. I would think that T-Moilbe is fully aware of the problem they have and would rectify the situation in the area or they would end up lossing customers once their contracts would expire. My calls drop on a daily basis. I can no longer use my cell phone to make business calls as they are dropped in the middle of the conversation. I have contacted Sprint, but they feel that since I can have a 2 minute conversation on my cell phone they have met their obligation. They refuse to release me from my contract because my cell phone minutes are too high, but in fact they are too high because I have to keep calling people back and reiterating what was said previously. I am not sure what the reason is for my motorola sliver not finding cingular 8/25/2006 Christmas FL Laa Currently have Verizon. Have minimal signal strength at home. Verizon tells me that I am 3.8 miles from a tower, yet I am surrounded by HD TV towers. What can I do to improve my signal strength? Currently have Motorola V276 phones that are 8 months old. My husband and I really would like to use the phones, but going outside to make calls is a bit much, especially with the afternoon rains. Even when outside no service is often a problem for many people.
